A damage deposit of 350€ for the house of 64M2 and 500€ for the house of 108 M2 is requested on the arrival and will be restituated on the departure day after check.
we would expect you to treat the house like your own home and so there will not be any damages!!!
Cleaning service at the end of the stay on request : 30€ for the house of 64M2 and 60€ for the house of 108 M2 .
If departure before 10.00AM, the cleaning service must be paid in any case.
Payment conditions
- Every booking must be accompanied by a minimum payment of 30% of the set price, which must transmitted within 8 days of the reservation.
- The complete payment must be settled 30 days before your arrival in Kos
- Payment by banktransmission .
Cancellation conditions
- More than 30 days before your arrival in Kos, 50 Euro for fees
- Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival : 50%
- Less than 15 days : 100%
- No fees for changement of names
