The house
(built in 2007) is located on the top of the hill , in a wide
garden of 3000 M2 overlooking the sea
with a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos ,Pserimos
till the turkish coast of Bodrum .
The area is quiet and recommanded for families and groups of
friends looking for relaxing.
The sandy
beach is at 600 m .
From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools
of the hotels nearby |

The
living room (41,50m2) has a french window opening on the terrace
with seaview and sunset;
a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with an electric cooker
with
an oven, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle,
a coffee maker, a toaster , a dishwasher and a washing-machine ;
in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofas .
Radio-CD-Cassette, TV (greek channels) and a DVD player.
Internet
WIFI is possible .

The terrace (32m2) is covered by
a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs and deckchairs.
Barbecue.
The construction is new (built in the year
2007) and of good quality : full isolated, double window-panes . The air
condition is not necessary. During winter and for-season if necessary
all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water
is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary.
Towels are provided on every 2 days and sheets
once the week.. Towels for the beach are not provided.
For the babies, babycots (2
maximum) are
available.
Cleaning service for the
departure day is on request : about 60€.
Pets are not allowed.

Special welcome by the owners :
fruit juices , bottles of mineralwater and everything is ready for the
first breakfast for the next day.
There is also a booklet with
suggestions of itinerairies to do on the island and also on the other
islands around.
The owners invite their
guests for a welcome meal with greek mezzes.
A rental car is required..
